Crossed shows who's actually in the room with you and lets you send one quiet signal. If it's mutual, you walk over. Here's how it works and how to get help.

The fastest way to reach a human is email: iboatli@gmail.com. We read every message. If you're reporting a safety issue, please include as much detail as you can.
Getting started
- Sign in with your phone number. We send a one-time code to verify it.
- Set up your profile: a first name, a couple of photos, and who you're hoping to meet.
- Go live at a place. When you're at a venue that's on Crossed, you can appear in that room. You're hidden until you choose to be visible.
- Send a quiet signal. See someone? Send one private nudge. They never know unless they send one back.
- If it's mutual, you both find out at once and can reveal the channels you each chose to share.
Safety
- You're hidden by default. Visibility is always your choice.
- Mutual-only. No one learns you signaled them unless they signaled you back.
- Block & report. Open a profile to block or report. Blocks take effect immediately and reports are reviewed.
- Meet in public, trust your instincts, and tell us if anything feels off.
Managing your account
Notifications
Turn notification types (a mutual, a shared number, arriving/leaving a venue) on or off in Settings → Notifications.
Delete your account
Go to Settings → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your profile, photos, presence, signals, and matches.
FAQ
Why is my room empty?
Crossed is new and grows place by place. A room fills up when enough people nearby are on it. That's why we open one venue at a time. Join the waitlist for your spot and we'll tell you when it's live.
Can people see where I am?
Only that you're present in a venue, and only when you've chosen to be visible. We never publish your exact location to other users. See our Privacy Policy.
Who can see my phone number?
No one, unless you match mutually and you choose to share it. It's released server-side only for a confirmed mutual.
How do I join the beta?
